Tower Road was founded by Micah Sklut. Micah is from Lewes, DE and the name Tower Road is taken from one of his favorite Delaware Beaches which hosts a historic World War II observation tower. Tower Road also symbolizes the high view we take on all our projects to push businesses forward.
Micah has been developing websites since the beginning of the internet (1990s). On top of being a web nerd, Micah built his first business, Swell Info, to automate surf forecasts across the country. After selling Swell Info in 2014, Micah worked for the award winning real estate company Schell Brothers to enhance their marketing and internal web applications. Micah then launched a new surf forecast business, Surf Captain, in 2020. Outside of surfing and building web applications, Micah enjoys talking business strategy with entrepreneurs and other business leaders. Tower Road was formed so he could combine his tech skills and business strategy wisdom to help other companies grow.
